Co-Founder

Julie Haers is Co Founder of Breathe Capital Planning, where she supports clients in navigating meaningful financial decisions with clarity, connection, and thoughtful guidance.

Julie’s approach centers on building strong relationships and understanding each client’s unique story. She believes financial planning is most effective when decisions align not only with numbers, but with values, priorities, and life transitions. Her work focuses on helping clients feel supported, confident, and grounded as they move forward.

As a Certified Divorce Coach through the CDC Center for Divorce, Julie brings additional experience supporting individuals through life transitions, particularly during divorce and other periods of significant change. Her perspective helps clients navigate both the financial and emotional components of important decisions.

Known for her empathetic and intuitive perspective, Julie helps clients uncover what matters most and navigate decisions with greater clarity and intention. She brings a thoughtful and nurturing presence to the planning process, helping clients feel heard and supported along the way.

Outside of work, Julie is a devoted mother to her son and enjoys supporting his athletic and entrepreneurial pursuits. She’s also a transformational speaker and writer, often reflecting on personal growth and the journey of becoming who we are meant to be.

Noah Fehrenbach
Co-Founder

Noah Fehrenbach is Co Founder of Breathe Capital Planning, where he supports clients in navigating meaningful financial decisions with clarity, structure, and intention.

With over 15 years of experience in financial services, Noah’s work centers on the belief that financial planning extends beyond numbers. Many of the most important financial decisions are shaped by life transitions, relationships, and evolving priorities. He supports clients in organizing those influences and moving forward with confidence.

As a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, Noah brings additional experience supporting individuals and families through periods of transition, including divorce, career change, retirement, and shifts in direction. His approach combines behavioral insight, thoughtful planning, and practical implementation.

Known for his ability to simplify complexity and his intuitive, empathetic understanding of what truly matters, Noah works with clients to raise awareness, organize decisions, and create forward momentum aligned with their values and priorities.

Outside of work, Noah is a father of four, alongside his girlfriend Carrie and her three children. He is also an active youth coach, where leadership, growth, and resilience continue to shape both his personal life and professional perspective.
